Mrs. Sally Mahihu

Sally is the Sole proprietor of Bowyer Mahihu & Co. Advocates. She is a highly accomplished Attorney who has been an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya (L.S.K) since 1985. A graduate of Bristol University (LLB hons) and an LLM from the London school of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

She is a Commissioner for Oaths, a Notary Public, and a Certified Mediator (CPM) having been trained by the Mediation Training Institute (MTI). She is a Certified Public Secretary (CPS). She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CLArb).

Sally has a vast expertise in various aspects of the law and in particular; Law of International Institutions including the Law and Operations of the United Nations (UN), International Law of the Sea, International Law of Social and Trade Treaties and Conventions, Investment strategy and financial structuring, advisory & execution, Land Law and conveyancing, real estate development, projects & developments, Banking, finance, securities and banking lending instruments, and Commercial and business law construction and development among others.

Dorothy Khasira joined the firm on 1 October 2023 as an accomplished Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a distinguished track record in both litigation and corporate legal services. With a polished ability to navigate complex legal landscapes, Dorothy has successfully represented clients across a spectrum of jurisprudence—including corporate and commercial law, family law, employment law, public interest litigation, and intellectual property law. She also brings significant experience in property conveyance, business formation and structuring, and guiding clients through the full lifecycle of intellectual property management in Kenya.
